Which hotel has the prettiest decorations. We are thinking of coming to Disney between Christmas and New Year's.

I visited several of the hotels this past December, and for me (and I think many would agree) the clear winner for holiday decorations in the Grand Floridian.  They build a full-size gingerbread house in the lobby, have a beautifully decorated tree that is many stories tall, and have an orchestra playing holiday music from a lobby balcony.  Many of the other hotels (especially the Moderates and Deluxe) also decorate for the holidays, but the Grand Floridian is in a category above and beyond the rest.

In fact, the holiday decorations was one of the main reason that we have decided to stay at the Grand Floridian in early December.  :-)

Keep in mind that even if you don't stay there, you are always welcome to go visit the hotel and soak up the holiday spirit.  Among other things, you can even buy in the lobby a small gingerbread house (a bit pricey, in my opinion), or a chocolate and gingerbread shingle (much more reasonably priced) just like the ones used for the actual gingerbread house.

Have a great visit during a very magical (although busy!) time of year at WDW!!

    Hope that helps.
