    I have a hotel and park reservation but my tickets were cancelled. Will Disney give those who had tickets for special events that were cancelled the option to purchase a regular park ticket?

    Hi Mary,
    Thank you for visiting the Disney Parks Moms Panel! I am sorry to hear that your Special Event tickets were cancelled.  I know how wonderful it is to experience Mickey's Not So Scary Halloween Party, and enjoy the parades, shows and trick-or-treating offered. We can look forward to 2021 for some, if not all, of these events to return to the Most Magical Place on Earth.
    At this point in time, Walt Disney World is currently not offering the purchase of regular, theme park tickets for 2020.  According to the Disney Parks Blog, they will resume ticket sales at a later date. There has been no announcement as of yet as to when that will occur, nor what priority ticket holders will have. My recommendation is to keep an eye on the Disney Parks Blog or the Walt Disney World website for up to date information. Also, make sure your My Disney Experience app is current and your resort reservations are linked.  Once ticket sales resume, you'll be able to add your tickets to your reservation and begin making park reservations.
