I have good news that Guests are able to exit and re-enter the theme parks within the same day as long as the theme parks are not at capacity, which is very rare. We have never had a problem with re-entry when leaving the parks to shop or dine in the
Downtown Disney District, or head back to our hotel room for an afternoon break. You will want to ensure that you have a valid
theme park ticket as well as a theme park reservation for each day that you plan on visiting Disneyland Park or Disney California Adventure Park.
Taking a break during the day is actually one of the tips I recommend most often! Due to the time zone change, we are usually up pretty early in the morning. After enjoying the theme parks first thing in the morning, we often head back to our hotel room after lunch to rest our feet, charge our mobile phones, and then head back in the evening to enjoy the rest of the day!
If you're enjoying the Downtown Disney District, I highly recommend stopping by the
World of Disney store to browse for souvenirs and apparel, as well as the
Disney Home store if you're looking to bring a touch of magic home with you! If we're looking for a place to eat, we love the pizza at
Naples Ristorante e Bar as well as the burgers at
Black Tap Craft Burgers & Shakes.
