Welcome to planDisney, Brittany!
It's awesome to see you gearing up for your visit to The Happiest Place On Earth next year! The
Disneyland Hotel is seriously iconic. I'm still reminiscing about my own stay there last winter. By the way, I recently caught a “
Behind the Attraction” episode all about the Disneyland Hotel on Disney+. It’s fascinating how much history is packed into that place! It's basically where the magic all began for Disney Resorts worldwide!
Now Brittany, when it comes to your suite at the
Disneyland Hotel, you'll have a small refrigerator to keep food and beverages nice and cool, but just a heads up, there aren't individual freezers in the rooms. But here's a handy tip I picked up today from Jason, a friendly cast member at the front desk: You can bring your items to the bell desk, and they will freeze them for you.
Here’s another tip, Brittany: Remember that
loose ice is not permitted at the theme parks. So, planning to bring those ice packs is a smart move. When my husband joins us, he packs frozen water bottles in a soft-sided cooler bag to keep deli treats, fruits, and cheeses fresh. As the day goes on and the bottles melt, we end up with perfectly chilled water or a refreshing sports drink to sip on after a long, sunny day. And I always bring a reusable bottle so I can refill it at those convenient
filling stations around the resort.
I can't wait to hear more about your Disney escapade and all the magical plans you've got brewing with your Mouseketeers at The Happiest Place On Earth, Brittany. Feel free to
shoot me another message anytime for a speedy response. I'd love to share
my favorite tips for enjoying the park and
suggestions for other dining locations!
You've got a friend in me,
