Cecilia, right now, Club Level has not returned to the
Walt Disney World Resort. With July just around the corner, if you were wanting to make a trip, I would book a non-Club Level room and not wait any longer. With restrictions relaxing, and more Americans wanting to travel, things are booking quickly and you run the risk of not finding availability. If Club Level reopens, you could call Disney to rebook your trip in a Club Level room i
f there was availability for your dates.
Make sure when booking your dates to make those all-important
Park Pass Reservations. While there is still good availability for July,
those dates will fill soon. You need both a paid
Disney Theme Park Ticket and a complimentary Disney Park Pass Reservation to enter a theme park.

Disney Parks Blog and following them as well as Walt Disney World on social media channels helps me to stay up-to-date as they tend to announce when things are reopening or returning.
