Welcome to planDisney, Crystal! I love that you’re considering a stay at a
Disneyland Resort hotel this fall!
I love being on the property and steps away from the parks' magic. My favorite place to lay my head after a magical day is the
Villas at the Disneyland Hotel. The great thing about the monorail is it is open to anyone who has a valid theme park reservation that day. Unfortunately, the monorail doesn’t go directly to any Disneyland resort hotels. However, the closest would be the
Disneyland Hotel, which includes the Villas at the Disneyland Hotel.
Disney’s Grand Californian Hotel & Spa and
Pixar Place Hotel both have dedicated entrances to
Disney California Adventure Park for their hotel guests. The monorail runs steps away from the
Downtown Disney District (DTD) entrances close to the Disneyland Hotel, and makes roundtrip stops between DTD and Tomorrowland at Disneyland Park.
You’re arriving during
Halloween Time at the Disneyland Resort (August 23 - October 31) where the park gets a seasonal makeover with festive decorations and a touch of spooky magic. As you explore, you’ll find the atmosphere filled with autumnal magic and delicious aromas.
The
Disney Eats Halloween Foodie Guide is packed with treats that capture the spirit of the season. Try the Pumpkin Spiced Churro at Willie’s Churro Cart at Disney California Adventure Park or the Blood Orange Spritz from Goofy’s Kitchen at the Disneyland Hotel. These delightful snacks add a flavorful touch to your Halloween adventure, making Disneyland Resort a perfect spot to celebrate the season.
I sure hope that helps, you plan, Crystal! Magic is all around us, so if you have any other questions before your visit, feel free to
pop back over!
Magic awaits!
