Martin from FL Asked Please note that experiences, policies, pricing and other offerings are subject to change and may have changed since the date of this answer.

Is the hot tub open at the Dig Site at Coronado Springs? What hours is it open. Would like to use it after the races in the Spring Surprise Weekend.

On your mark, get set...welcome to planDisney, Martin! You'll be arriving for the runDisney Springtime Surprise Weekend any minute now, so I wish you the best of luck for the races. It sounds like you're debating bringing a swimsuit for a post-race soak in the hot tub, so let's make sure you have room in your suitcase!

I'm happy to share that the Lost City of Cibola Pool complex is open daily from 10 AM to 11 PM. This includes the main pool, the kiddie pool, and the Dig Site Spa, which features a hot tub. Since this hot tub is the largest at Walt Disney World Resort and seats up to 22 tired runners, my tip is to get a seat early! Also, note that hours and availability are subject to change. It's always a good idea to double-check operating hours when you arrive.

Just so you know, road access might be modified around Disney's Coronado Springs Resort on race day mornings. The good news is that most Disney Resort Hotels offer complimentary transportation to the runDisney events. When you arrive, look for signage near the lobby and bus center for details about transportation, and the Front Desk can let you know the road access details.

I hope you have time to visit the EPCOT International Flower & Garden Festival during your visit. Strolling through the topiaries and snacking around the World Showcase are the perfect ways to relax after a race. I'm planning to catch the free Plain White Tees show on Monday at the Garden Rocks Concert Series!

Martin, I hope you cross the finish line victoriously! Please stop by planDisney anytime.

    Magic awaits,
    Elaine
