Scot from CA Asked Please note that experiences, policies, pricing and other offerings are subject to change and may have changed since the date of this answer.

Hosting an Event at Disney's Polynesian Resort. I would like to get some kind of rate sheet or find out who to talk to.

    Hello Scot!

Welcome to planDisney! We are Disney Guests just like you are here to lend our expertise and help answer your trip planning questions. I’ve been lucky enough to attend several special events at the Walt Disney World Resort, and they have always been magical! Fireworks dessert parties are my favorite as you get both yummy Disney treats, but a wonderful view of one of the nighttime spectaculars!

There are so many wonderful venues and options to choose from including Disney Resort Collection Hotels and theme parks. From weddings, to dessert parties, to corporate events and conferences, there are so many possibilities! Scot, you’ll want to contact the experienced Cast Members at Disney Meetings and Events. The first step is to submit a request through their webpage, and then a Cast Member will contact you to go over your options and to assist you in your planning!

I hope this information is helpful, Scot! And I hope you are able to plan the perfect special event for your group!
