Hello! On the horsebackriding trails, what style of riding is it? English or Western? Thank you so much for taking the time to answer this question.

The horseback riding experience at Tri-Circle-D ranch at Fort Wilderness is a Western-style trail ride. Prices do change, but the last listing I saw was $42 per person. This includes use of an approved safety helmet. For compete pricing information and more specifics, you should call Disney Recreation at 407-WDW-PLAY.

I went on the trail ride from Fort Wilderness with my oldest daughter when she had just turned 9. We had a lovely mommy/daughter bonding time there. The horses are very gentle. Though my daughter rides, I don't. I am often intimidated by large horses, but these were so easy that I felt perfectly comfortable the entire time. There was even a special needs child in our group that had a wonderful riding experience.

When you make your reservation, they will tell you to wear long pants for this experience. You should remember to do this, as I did see one person wearing shorts turned away.

Hope you have a great trip!
