    I want to make horseback riding reservations but there is nothing available after 11/29 all the way through the current open reservation window of mid-Dec. Is the website having trouble?

    Welcome back to planDisney!

    Horseback riding at Disney's Fort Wilderness Resort is such a fun and unique way to experience something new at Walt DisneyWorld! When my family stayed at Disney's Fort Wilderness Resort, we had a blast trying out all of the fun recreational activities. We played archery, roasted marshmallows over the campfire, and went kayaking. You can even go on a horse drawn carriage ride!

    I am not aware of any technical difficulties on the Walt Disney World website, but there are times when reservations are unavailable because there are not spots available. There is also a possibility that dates are not available currently because the resort is finalizing the December schedule. I recommend checking back in a few days to see if spots have opened up.

    While you are staying at Disney's Fort Wilderness Resort, don't forget to check out Trail's End Restaurant. Their skillet cornbread is amazing!
