Hi, was hoping for suggestions on port excursions that have a pirate theme to them - we'll be going to Falmouth, Cayman Islands, & Cozumel. Would love some "pirate lore" type of tour if possible. Am I in luck? Or am I in the wrong ports? L

Welcome back, Jennifer! Your family obviously loves playing pirates, so you're certainly sailing with the right cruise line when it comes to that! All four of Disney Cruise Line's magical ships offer Pirate Night onboard when guests dress up in their scallywag best to enjoy a night full of pirate festivities! Even the Disney characters get in on the fun and wear their pirate gear that night. You won't want to miss it!

Neither Falmouth, Grand Cayman, nor Cozumel currently has a pirate-themed Port Adventure with Disney Cruise Line right now, so I'm sorry to say you're not going to find one at those particular ports of call currently. However, I do have some favorites to recommend!

In Falmouth, a trip to Dunn's River Falls is an absolute must! Disney offers quite a few different Port Adventure options there, so check out the one that is best for your family! My family really enjoyed Boatswain's Adventure Marine Park in Grand Cayman, especially being able to climb into the water and hold the baby sea turtles! How amazing! You'll love the conch burger there too - yum! And in Cozumel,  I highly recommend the Cozumel Ruins and Beach Tour. It's not pirates, but you'll learn an awful lot about the history of the Mayan culture as you explore the ruins at San Gervasio. What an amazing place to tour. Even my son, who was four when we took this adventure, learned a lot and enjoyed exploring the fascinating ruins. Then we were whisked off to the Playa Mia Beach Club for the rest of the day to relax and play at the beach. A bit of history and learning combined with relaxing and playing. That's my type of adventure!

Have fun as you plan, Jennifer!
