    I am hoping to secure a table at California Grill on New Years Eve. If it is confirmed that Fantasy In The Sky Fireworks are presented in MK at 11.50pm, would California Grill stay open until then, so that we can view them, and celebrate New Year?

    In the years past, the California Grill has been host to a special New Year's Eve dining event and party which does last past midnight. The party is a special dining reservation and does sell out quickly. While this year's party details have not yet been announced, here is a Disney Parks Blog post about a past year's event.
