Hi Jesse!
Welcome to
planDisney, where we believe that a dream is a wish your heart makes, and we love to help Guests like you make their Disney vacation dreams come true! It feels like the Fairy Godmother came through for us, and our wish for the reopening of
Disneyland Resort has come true. While we are all so excited about returning to the land of magic, please note the updates made to ensure the phased reopening process keeps the health and safety of Guests and Cast Members as top priorities.
You can view the updates in their entirety on the
Disneyland Resort Updates page but let me give you an overview of the top things you should know.
Disneyland Park and
Disney California Adventure Park are reopening with significantly limited capacity to comply with governmental requirements and promote physical distancing. All Guests will be required to obtain a
theme park reservation through the new theme park reservation system in advance. At this time, only California residents may visit the parks, and proof of residency may be required.
In addition to
theme park reservations, all Guests (ages 2 and older) will be required to wear face coverings, including those who have received a COVID-19 vaccine. Temperature screenings will be required for entry to some locations. Anyone displaying a temperature of 100.4 F or above will not be allowed entry; those in their party will not be allowed entry either.
At this time, it is not necessary to provide proof of either a COVID-19 vaccine or a negative COVID-19 test for entry. I highly recommend that you continue to check the
Disneyland Resort Updates page for the latest, most up-to-date information as it becomes available.
Please stop back by
planDisney if we can help answer any more of your vacation questions!
