Hello, Roberto! So many people mistakenly assume that Walt Disney World is just for kids, but there are so many great things for adults, too! I think you're smart to think about an in-room sitter, and hopefully, you're planning a fun adults-only dinner or maybe doing some night time theme park touring.
The Walt Disney World website has information on
child care services for children six months to 12 years. However, I went directly to the Kid's Nite Out website (www.kidsniteout.com), and it says they are able to care for children as young as six weeks. Kid's Nite Out is a family-run business that started in the Orlando area in 1998. Their sitters are all at least 18 years of age and are thoroughly interviewed, their references are checked, and criminal background checks are performed. Also, the sitters are certified in child/infant CPR and basic first aid. I've used their services twice for my son while I was vacationing at Walt Disney World Resort, and both times I've had excellent experiences. The sitters are professional and kind, and I appreciated that I received text messages periodically while I was gone, giving me updates. Try giving them a call at (800) 696-8105 x:0.
By the way, Roberto, if you plan on bring your baby with you to the Parks, Walt Disney World has fantastic
Baby Care Centers. They can be found in all four theme parks, and are convenient places to go when your baby needs to be fed, nursed, or changed. They have high chairs, microwaves, and sinks in addition to an on-site shop stocked with formula and diapers. Sometimes parents even use them as a place to rest with their little ones.
We're so glad you came to us for help, Roberto! Feel free to stop back again, if we can offer you any more trip-planning advice.
