We are hoping to plan a trip to WDW this year. My question is.. Is the week of Thanksgiving or the week after Christmas better? Do they have all of the Christmas decor up at Thanksgiving?

    Hey Ashley!
Visiting the Walt Disney World Parks during the holiday season promises to be a magical time!  In terms of capacity, both are quite busy weeks, but the busiest time of the year in general is during Christmas.  That week in particular sees the most park closings than any other time of year.  Clearly the reason being is that most schools across the nation are out for winter break, and choose to spend their holiday at WDW.  If I were to recommend one of the two, I would select Thanksgiving week.  You will crowds, but less than those during Christmas.
As for holiday decor, all the theme parks and resorts will have their holiday regalia by Thanksgiving week, so you will be able to enjoy the parks in the seasons best!
Hope this helps you plan your magical vacation!
