Hi Mercedes,
Thank you for visiting the Disney Parks Moms Panel. I hope you are having a Zip-A-Dee-Doo-Dah day.
Spending a birthday at The Happiest Place on Earth is one of my favorite things to do for my family. Disney Parks know how to make their Guests feel extra special. Stop by Guest Services and get your princess a free 'It's my Birthday' and a 'First Visit' button to wear during your vacation. Cast Members that see her in the parks will be sure to send her birthday wishes throughout the day.
My kids loved Anna & Elsa's Boutique for a wintry makeover. If your daughter is an Arendelle fan, glide & pivot over for Frozen-style transformation. My daughter enjoyed a royal birthday makeover last October at Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique located in Fantasyland.
We like to visit a lot of Meet ‘N’ Greets during our trips. The Disney Characters know how to make young Guests celebrating a birthday feel extra special.
Pixie Hollow is a must-do for us along with Fantasy Faire where it's all things Princess. Oh and don't forget to visit Snow White's Wishing Well - you will often find a Disney Character hanging out.
You can also sprinkle some more pixie dust on the big day by ordering a personalized birthday cake if you're dining at select table service restaurants. You can call the Disney cake number at (714) 781-3463 to discuss your options. They will need at least 72 hours notice prior to your magical date.
Another idea we like to do is buy a Mickey Balloon for the birthday child. Kids love it and it makes for some priceless pictures too!
If you have any more questions, please write me back again so I can help you plan your pixie dusted vacation.
Wishing you magic!
~ Lynette
