    Hoping to go to Disney for our 10th Wedding Anniversary in April 2013. Do you know what types of food will be served at the new Fantasyland restaurant (Be Our Guest)? Will we need reservations or will it be counter svc? Is there more than 1 new restaurant?

    Hi Stephanie,

    Details about the new Be Our Guest restaurant are slowly emerging. The restaurant will be counter service at lunch time and table service at dinner time. For dinner, reservations are recommended. 

    The full menu has not yet been released, but the Disney Parks Blog did have an interview with the chef, who revealed details about some of the French-inspired dishes. 

    In addition to Be Our Guest, the new Fantasyland will also feature "Gaston's Tavern." We do not yet know whether this is a full restaurant or something smaller. There is no alcohol served at the Magic Kingdom, so the "Tavern" name has everyone wondering. I'm excited to find out what they will be serving. 

    These venues are scheduled to open for "holiday 2012," so stayed tuned and we'll have lots more information later in the year.
