Hoping you can critque our DW schedule: 06-10 arrive @ 8am, MK, Chef Mickey's @ 8pm; 11th AK; 12th MK; 13th open; 14th Epcot; 15th HS; 16th open; 17th home (will not be happy). Open dates will be used for our favorite parks, Downtown, & miniature golf

    Stephanie,

Your schedule looks pretty solid to me! I like you starting off with the Magic Kingdom. Not just for the obvious reason: It should be anyone's first park! But also you have evening Extra Magic Hours, so you might come back after dinner.

On the 11th there are morning Extra Magic Hours at the Animal Kingdom. I would normally avoid these, as the pack the crowds in. But stick to your plan and go there. If the crowds are over the top, break away early and go to a water park. Pack your swim suits just in case. You can always come back on an open day (better the 16th than the 13th).

    12 - Magic Kingdom - perfect!
    13 - Open
    14 - Epcot - Perfect!
    15 - Hollywood Studios - Perfect!
    16 - Open

The best thing you did in this plan was leave days open. Go where the mood swings you. Let your early day experiences guide where you want to re-visit. Of course table service dining within the parks on these days will be hard to come by, but it is still a great plan.

Let me know if I can help more!

    Have a magical vacation!
