Hello! Hoping to get some advice on Blended family stays. 4 adults/3 kids. Dad-stepmom/Mom-Stepdad- good relationships. Interested in doing dining on our own and would love a kitchen/kitchenette. Hoping for Value/cost efficient. Suggestions?

Hi Amy and welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! I’m excited to hear that you’re planning for an upcoming trip to the Walt Disney World Resort!

With a party of seven, it’s definitely the more the merrier! My husband and I always like to opt for a hotel room with a kitchen or kitchenette to make breakfast and lunch time easier with two small kids. Luckily, there are lots of options within the 25 Resort hotels on-site.

While they may cost you more, full kitchens may be found within any Deluxe villa with one or more bedrooms. These rooms offer a lot of extra space and beautiful themes. Disney’s Saratoga Springs Resort & Spa can be found just a boat ride away from Disney Springs and offers the best value when compared to the other deluxe villas.

Another benefit of the deluxe villas is that many of them may also include two bathrooms. That always helps when trying to get your group ready and out the door for a day at Disney's theme parks!

While a touch too small for your party, family suites at Value Resorts like Disney’s Art of Animation Resort and Disney’s All-Star Music Resort, are big enough to sleep six and offer a kitchenette with a full-size refrigerator, coffee maker, microwave and sink. The themes are fun, vibrant and you can also enjoy complimentary transportation to and from the parks from any of these resorts.

Amy, I hope I've given you some options you can consider. If you need any more help planning your magical vacation for your party of seven, please stop by again!
