    I am hoping to add a Park Hopper to previously purchased tickets. I have seen some older answers on this and they direct me to "modify" my ticket on the app, but I don't see that option, so I am not sure how to do it. Help! Thank you!

    Thanks for asking your question to planDisney!

    I have just the steps you will want to follow to add the Park Hopper Option to your tickets through your My Disney Experience account. 

    1. Starting at the Walt Disney World website, go to "My Disney Experience" from the top menu, at the far right. In that drop down menu, select "My Plans".
    2. Scroll down to the plans shown on your first day and click on "Change Reservation".
    3. On the page that comes up you will see all the elements of your vacation package. Scroll down to the "Theme Park Tickets" section and click on "Change" to the right.
    4. This will then take you to the original ticket ordering page where you can alter your tickets to add that option.

    I believe that should take care of it for you. But If you continue to have problems, you could reach out directly to Disney. At their Help Center you will see all their different support phone numbers, which in your case would be (407) 934-7639. 

    BONUS TIP #1
    You do have to add the Park Hopper option before your first use of the tickets, so be sure to do so before you enter your first park. Adding it ahead of time like you are doing is a fantastic idea!  

    BONUS TIP #2
    Remember that when you are park hopping, getting into that second park is reliant on that park's capacity limitations.
