In hopes that Disney Magic continues to leave New York to Bahamas the next few years, do you need a passport for this cruise?

    Hi Kimberly,

I wish I could give you a solid answer on this, but it's just not possible.  U.S. Government passport requirements change constantly, and the answer I give you today most likely not be in effect a few years down the line when you're ready to sail.

Please look at Disney Cruise Line's Passport Information page.  It will give you more detailed information, and offer you links to government websites where you will be able to find more answers when you're ready.  Of course, the Moms Panel will always be here waiting and ready to answer any questions for you when it's your turn to sail on those beautiful Disney ships.

Thanks for visiting the Moms Panel Kimberly.

Magic Kingdom still takes my breath away, but my favorite place to be is on a Disney ship looking at the horizon and breathing in that crisp, clean ocean air!  I love planning Disney vacations for others and making sure it's more than they dreamed. Learn More About Marisol
