Technology is such a wonderful thing, but it can be absolutely frustrating when it does not work the way that it is supposed to. We here at planDisney are going to try and turn around your very un-magical experience with a few recommendations to help you make your
Disney Park Pass system reservations.
Kerri, the first thing that I recommend you do is to check your theme park tickets in your
My Disney Experience Account. You will want to make sure that each ticket is correctly assigned to the right person and that they are for the correct dates.
Once you verify that everything is squared away with your tickets, I recommend that you change internet browsers or devices. Sometimes I have better luck on my computer versus trying with my phone, but I recommend that you try both methods.

Kerri, wait times have been a little longer than usual recently, but I have found that I can minimize my wait times by calling first thing in the morning.
