The
Hoop Dee Doo Revue, located at Fort Wilderness, is not a character meal -- you won't find Mickey or Minnie there. The Hoop is more dinner theater meets variety show. The premise is that a group of traveling Western-style performers has stopped on their stagecoach journey to entertain you. The show features classic American songs (Shenendoh, My Darling Clementine), comedic skits, some audience participation, corny jokes and just general silly fun.
The show price includes a full meal (fried chicken, ribs, beans, salad, cornbread, strawberry shortcake) and beverages, including beer, wine or sangria -- my personal choice :-)
The Hoop has been running at WDW for decades. It is a real classic Disney institution. I've taken my family there half a dozen times and I'm sure we'll be back during our next trip as well.
