Honeymoon Nov 1-13. We want to stay at the Caribbean Beach and spend last 3 nights at Boardwalk Villas. No car. Does Disney offer a service that moves our luggage for us or do we do it ourselves? Not sure what to do. When do MNSSHP and MVMCP go on sale?

    Hi Samantha,

What a perfect way to begin your new life as husband and wife, in a place where dreams do come true! You have picked a fantastic spot to finish your honeymoon, as The Boardwalk Resort area is very romantic, especially in the evenings. Be sure to take a stroll around the lake and enjoy the lights and spend some time snuggling on a swing at the Beach Club beach area.

Our family loves to resort hop during our vacations. We are Disney Vacation Club members and often spend a few nights at another Disney resort before our time share stay begins. You will be happy to hear that it is very easy to move from one Disney resort to another. Simply call the baggage/valet number from your room at Caribbean Beach resort on the morning you are checking out. Let them know you are transferring from this resort to another Disney resort and need someone to come get your bags. Once they arrive they will take your luggage with a Disney resort transfer check which will indicate the resort you are headed to. You can either head over to the Boardwalk immediately, or later in the day to check in to your next room. Once you arrive at your Boardwalk resort room, you will want to call the baggage department and ask that your bags be brought up. I usually indicate that it was a resort transfer in the event they store those in another room. The main thing to remember is resort to resort luggage transfer are usually not moved until the afternoon and may not be available before 4pm that day, so if there is anything you may need right away, be sure to take it with you.

The other great news here is Mickey's Not So Scary Halloween Party and Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Party tickets are now on sale. Dates can be found here and tickets can be purchased by calling 407-W Disney or 407-934-7639.

Wishing you a magical and romantic honeymoon!
