Hiya Regina,
Thanks for stopping by planDisney. It certainly sounds like you had a great reason to celebrate during your last visit to
Walt Disney World Resort. Now is a perfect time to plan your next visit and enjoy all the new events and experiences surrounding the 50th anniversary festivities. One of our favorite additions is the EPCOT attraction,
Guardians of the Galaxy: Cosmic Rewind. This family thrill attraction teams you up with Star Lord and the Guardians gang to race through space and save the universe. It is an out of this world experience!
You will be happy to hear that you still have the opportunity to create a vacation package. I am not sure if your previous package included a dining plan, but that would be the one thing that is not currently available. The dining plans are temporarily suspended and would not be available to be added to your stay. While there has not been an official announcement on the return of the dining plans, I am hoping they will be offered in the near future. For now, you would be able to create a package that would include a room at a
Disney Resorts Collection hotel, as well as your park admission tickets. These packages offer you the chance to select the resort and room type, as well as the number of days for your
admission tickets. You will also have the chance to add a
Park Hopper or Water Park and Sports option if interested. Packages are based on availability and prices are based on the selections made. If there are any special promotions underway, these will be offered while making your selections.
There may be a few additional changes in the reservation process since your last visit, so you will want to create a
My Disney Experience account before finalizing any plans. This will provide you with a convenient location to track and organize all your plans and reservations. You will also be able to use this account to make your
theme park reservations,
advanced dining locations and any additional
Enchanting Extras you add to your vacation. If you need assistance while booking your trip, or prefer to speak to a Cast Member, you can contact
Disney Resort Hotel Reservations at (407) 939-1936.
I hope this helps you find the perfect options for your magical vacation. If I can answer any further planning questions, please stop back and
see me.
T-T-F-N (Ta-Ta for now),
Margaret
