We got home from Disney yesterday and my sons lightsaber he built while we were there is broken. It does not light up for more 3 seconds before turning itself off. Please advise as we spent a lot of money on this and it didn’t even last 1 week.

    Bright Suns, Jessica!

I do hope your visit to Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge was out of this world! And I am also sure that The Gatherers at Black Spire Outpost would not want your Padawan unhappy after he worked so hard crafting his lightsaber at Savi’s Workshop - Handbuilt Lightsabers at the Walt Disney World Resort

Sometimes the First Order interferes, and you may experience some malfunctions; this is why I recommend you email a Cast Member at Merchandise Guest Services at merchandise.guest.services@disneyparks.com. Please send a description of your issue in detail, including a receipt or a copy of your credit card statement showing your purchase, along with photos. If you prefer, you can send a video. A Cast Member will be in contact as soon as they can.

I hope your Padawan had an adventurous journey of Jedi mastery, Jessica.
