Walt Disney World Resort is picking up a few souvenirs for my family and friends to surprise them with once I get back! Unfortunately, sometimes that means my luggage isn't quite big enough to accommodate all of my gadgets and gizmos aplenty. When this is the case, I often use the
Home Delivery service so my souvenirs can show up right at my front door!
Peter, items shipped with the Home Delivery service are typically sent through UPS or FedEx. I'd recommend taking a look at your receipt to determine the carrier and entering the tracking number into that shipping service's website. However, if you're still having difficulty locating your package, you can reach out to the great team at Merchandise Guest Services! You have a few options available to you, if you choose to do this. Consider filling out this
