I got Hollywood Studios tickets for myself and my wife. When trying to add to my wallet, only mine was added. I followed instructions and try to add her through the MagicMobile Entry set up, but she is not there, however she is listed as Friend and family

Hi, Jose! Welcome to planDisney. A day at Disney's Hollywood Studios sounds absolutely perfect, especially when it's capped off with a performance of Fantasmic! In order to get to your seat at the amphitheater that evening, you both need to get into the park! I'm happy to share the details of Disney MagicMobile Service for your wife's ticket.

I have two children and created profiles for them under my Disney account. This allows me to manage their plans on the My Disney Experience app, and I can see them when I go to set up MagicMobile Service. I can easily switch from my pass to each of theirs at the entry gate of the theme park to keep things moving when we're arriving for rope drop. Your wife has her own Disney account and shares plans with you via the Family & Friends list, but you can't add MagicMobile for her from your device since she is not a separately managed profile under your account. Disney recommends that guests in your party that you do no manage create a MagicMobile Pass on their own device.

All is not lost! If you are iPhone users, your wife can create a MagicMobile pass on her device, then send it to you. Here's how to do it:
    • Have your wife log into the My Disney Experience app on her device
    • Click the hamburger menu (☰)
    • Select "Set Up MagicMobile Entry"
    • Click the + in the upper right corner
    • Have her select herself from the list and add the pass to her digital wallet
Once the pass is created, navigate back to the MagicMobile screen in the app and follow these steps:
    • Tap "Select Passes to Share" next to "Your Passes"
    • Select her pass and tap "Share via Messages"
    • Click "Share Pass" on the screen that pops up
    • Enter your phone number and click send!
You will then receive your wife's MagicMobile Pass in your messages and be able to use it for her ticket. Huzzah! As a reminder, this sharing feature is not currently supported on Android devices using Google Wallet. Also, no other Guests may use the benefits associated with someone else's pass even if it is shared between Apple devices.

I hope that helps you plan for your amazing day at Hollywood Studios, Jose! Meet me back here at planDisney if you need tips or assistance.

    Stay magical,
    Scott
