Does Hollywood Studios have an availability for 6 adult guest for one day between April 1-April 4?

    Bright Suns, Kim!

Welcome to planDisney. I’m so happy you’re here with a question for us today.

I love that you’re planning on coming to The Most Magical Place on Earth so very soon! Disney’s Hollywood Studios sure is a fun park, so I completely understand your party wanting to experience it. My little Mouseketeers adore Mickey & Minnie’s Runaway Railway and Slinky Dog Dash, while my husband, or as I like to call him, my other Mouseketeer loves exploring Batuu in Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge!

Kim, I checked the Theme Park Reservation Availability Calendar for you and it doesn’t look like there is any availability for Disney’s Hollywood Studios around your dates for Guests with Theme Park tickets and Guests staying at Select Resort Hotels. There are two dates showing availability if you’re all Annual Passholders.

If your party is like mine and desperately wants to experience Disney’s Hollywood Studios, you may find the Park Hopper Option of interest. I have been keeping up with Park Hopper Option availability during these past few days and after calling the Walt Disney World Park Hopping capacity hotline phone number to check if whether the Theme Parks are still available to park hop to, I found that each day all Parks show park-hopping availability. Although park-hopping availability is not guaranteed, you could upgrade your Theme Park ticket with the Park Hopper Option. You can upgrade your tickets at any time, but the park hopper option upgrade charge will apply to the entire ticket; even the days that you have already used. In this case, if you only have a one-day theme park ticket, you would upgrade one day.

To hop, you would need to make a Disney Park Pass reservation for the first park you are going to enter, and then at 2 p.m., you can check the My Disney Experience Mobile app to see which parks have hopping availability that day and then go to one of those without making a second reservation. I do want to mention that because your ability to park hop would not begin until 2 p.m., you would not be able to try for a Rise of the Resistance boarding group, since boarding groups are distributed currently at 7 a.m. and 1 p.m.

To check for availability to be able to park hop, you can either call the hotline number at (407) 560-5000 anytime after 2 p.m. or you can go to your My Disney Experience Mobile App, scroll down to the Park Hours and click on “All Hours.” This will show you the park hours for all the Theme Parks, along with “Park Hopper Hours.” If the Theme Park is at capacity during your attempt to park hop, the Park Hopper Hours will not be displayed.

May the Force be with you all, Kim!
