    We have a holiday booked October 16 - 29th to Walt Disney World. I have purchased 2 adult and 1 child 1r day ultimate tickets. Also, I have used DVC points to book at stay at Saratoga. We are in UK and not allowed to travel to USA (Covid) - what to do??

It sounds like you have a lovely holiday planned for this October, and it is just heartbreaking that you will not be able to enjoy it due to the current travel restrictions. So many plans have been canceled and changed since the beginning of 2020. I am sure that you can discuss your cancellation options with a helpful Cast Member or Disney Vacation Club Member Services Representative.

    I highly recommend that you reach out to Disney Vacation Club Member Services at 0800 783-2893 to discuss your options to cancel or reschedule your booking at Disney’s Saratoga Springs Resort and Spa. You might also need to call the Walt Disney World Travel Company UK at 0800 169 0730 to discuss your options for the theme park tickets you have purchased.
