Hi there, Shelly! I'm so glad you found the second star to the right and followed it straight on to us at planDisney!
Oh boy, you're going to be traveling to
Walt Disney World Resort this spring and I'm absolutely twitterpated for you! To me, planning for my magical vacation is almost as fun as actually being on my vacation. But before we can put the last bit of pixie dust on your planning, we have to make sure we can link your tickets to your account! Let me just grab my magic wand so we can try to turn this pumpkin of a problem back into a carriage.
Since you've been having an
issue with linking your tickets to your account, let's start by logging into your
My Disney Experience account using one of the
recommended browsers. Head over to the
Link Reservations and Purchases page and enter the number listed on your tickets. Make sure that you are using the complete number listed on your tickets. There is an image guide on this page that may help you locate exactly where the correct number should be listed. Please know that if your tickets were provided to you prior to 2010, you'll need to speak directly to a Cast Member by calling (407) 939-4357.
In case you still are unable to link your tickets to your account, my next best piece of advice would be to call one of the wonderful Cast Members! A little like real-life fairy godparents, Cast Members will always try to stretch their magic wands as far as they can reach. I know you've already waited on hold for quite a while and I sincerely apologize for your wait. Every Cast Member does their best to sprinkle pixie dust on every Guest's situation in an effort to make every day the BEST. DAY. EVER! Since their magic can sometimes be in high demand, I'd recommend
calling a Cast Member right when phone lines open at 7:00 AM EST. They will be happy to make sure that your tickets are linked to your account properly!
Once your tickets are linked to your My Disney Experience account, be sure to make your theme park reservations using the
Disney Park Pass system! This is the best way to visit the parks you wish to visit on each day of your trip. And don't forget to take some time to download and explore the
My Disney Experience app. This will help you to unlock everything that Walt Disney World Resort has to offer and you'll be able to check wait times for attractions, view park maps, and even
mobile order food. Minimizing waits and maximizing fun - now that's what I call "phenomenal cosmic powers!"
Shelly, I hope I was able to help you do the "next right thing," as my friend Anna says. If you have any other questions, please stop back and visit us again. Remember, you've got a friend in me!
Faith, trust, and pixie dust -
Michelle
