Heigh-Ho Maureen,
Welcome to
planDisney, we, just like you are a Disney-loving group of Disney Guests representing all walks of life. And we are here to help guide you through your planning questions and curiouser and curiouser inquiries. I am sorry to hEAR you have been on hold for a bit, Cast Members are experiencing a high call volume and doing their best to get to everyone. I have recommended Guests sit back with a good book, show, movie and some patience and enjoy the on-hold ride.
But FIRST, let me see if I can help.
Guests under the age of 13 need an adult to manage their ticket and itinerary. While her father may already have her profile in his My Disney Experience profile, you will need to create one for her as well. You can do this in YOUR My Disney Experience profile and add her manually to your
Family & Friend list. Once you have done this and making sure her dad has not assigned the ticket to her if he has he can easily unassign it, you now will need the 12-digit Ticket ID number or Will Call ID number. Now in your My Disney Experience make your way to Park Tickets and select Link Tickets, here you will be prompted to enter the 12-digit Ticket ID/ Will Call number and assign it to your granddaughter. After you have done this successfully, you are ready to make
Disney Park Pass reservations and are ready to plan your Walt Disney World vacation If you are having difficulty, before calling (407) 566-4985, make sure you have the 12-digit ticket ID number and make sure the ticket is unassigned. Phone lines open at 7:00 a.m. and you know what they say, “ The early bird catches the worm.”
I hope you are ready to make many magical and memorable moments that will last a lifetime and continue to visit us at planDisney for any further assistance.
Have a Practically Perfect Day,
Amy M.
