Welcome to planDisney, Sally! I'm so happy you stopped by with this magical question. You are thoughtful to consider booking a tour for someone else; that's a very generous gift! Since tours are part of the
Enchanting Extras Collection and can be booked up to
60 days in advance, let's jump in to see how you can proceed.
Unfortunately, international guests cannot book most Enchanting Extras until they arrive in the US, but I chatted with a helpful Cast Member who had some suggestions. First, be sure you have the recipient's full name, address, and email associated with their My Disney Experience account. Then, use your
mobile app to chat with a Cast Member. Tap the three lines in the lower right and scroll near the bottom to select "Chat With Us." They might be able to check availability and help set you up!
Another option is to use an authorized Disney travel planner to help. You would provide your information and payment method, but be sure they understand the guest attending the tour will be someone else. Share that person's information also, and maybe they can book on your behalf.
I want to add that most tours book up around that 60-day mark, so spots might be limited. You could send her a
digital Disney Gift Card; she could check availability and try to book the tour when she arrives in the country. She could use the gift card for a fun souvenir, meal, or another experience if
Disney's Keys to the Kingdom Tour isn't available.
Sally, I hope I've helped steer you toward booking a fabulous gift for your friend. Maybe you can enjoy some Disney magic soon yourself! Please stop by
planDisney anytime.
Magic awaits,
Elaine
