    Hiya Moms! How far is it from I Drive (Quality Inn Intl) to Downtown Disney please in a car? We land at 3pm from UK flight , would u recommend we drive to T Rex Cafe for 1st night dinner? We have a dino mad son whos so exited!

    Hi, Kelly!  It would take on a good day about 20 minutes to drive from that area of International Drive to Downtown Disney.  I would allow some extra time to account for traffic, so if you do make a dining reservation, plan to leave about 45 minutes before your dining reservation time.

    T-Rex is a wonderful location for any dinosaur lover!  If you have ever been to a Rainforest Cafe, the atmosphere and the food is very similar - large animatronic dinosaurs in an incredibly themed restaurant.  You can also build your own dinosaur stuffed toy in the huge gift shop attached to the restaurant, and for the true dinosaur aficionado, there is dinosaur merchandise to suit every taste.

    The restaurant is very popular, so I do recommend you make a dining reservation by calling 1-407-828-8739.  It's a great choice for a first night dinner when you arrive in the area!
