Hiya, pal! It's great to see you again here at planDisney!
As Pooh would say, "Oh, bother." I'm sorry some members of your crew have to miss the fun, Chris. But not to worry! We'll give it a think-think-think and make sure your extra tickets are safe and sound.
It just so happens that Disney does allow you to apply the value of
a wholly unused ticket toward the purchase of a new one. When you're ready to schedule another trip, just
give Guest Relations a call and a friendly Cast Member will be happy to help get your new tickets all squared away.
Something else you might try is to go ahead and adjust the dates on the existing tickets before they expire, even if you don't have another trip planned just yet. You should be able to do that right in your
My Disney Experience account. My fellow planDisney panelist Tabitha has
a helpful rundown with details on how to change those dates. Note that changing the dates now may incur an extra charge if the new date has a higher price, but it will keep the tickets from expiring so you can still see them in your account.
Chris, even though your traveling party is a little smaller than before, I'm sure you'll still have big fun at the Walt Disney World Resort! Thank you so much for stopping by to see your planDisney pals, and I wish you and your family a joyous holiday season!
Keep Disney Dreaming,
Kathy K.
