how do i change the date of my tickets?

Hi Jennifer! Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel!

I love when I see a fellow Tennessean with plans to visit the Walt Disney World Resort, especially when it is as soon as your visit is! In no time at all you will be enjoying "The Most Magical Place on Earth." Yay!

You have a few options when it comes to changing the dates of your Walt Disney World theme park tickets. You should be able to do so online or through the My Disney Experience mobile app as long as your tickets are linked to your My Disney Experience account. Simply click on "My Tickets" in the mobile app, then "Change Ticket" on the next page. Select the tickets you want to change and touch "Continue." The next screen should bring up options to change including ticket dates, number of days, and ticket type. Once you have changed the appropriate information, touch "Check Out." Depending on if there is a price difference between your previous ticket start date and your new one, you may need to pay the extra at check out.

If you are having any trouble, you can also change the date of your ticket by calling Disney directly at (407) 939-5277 and speaking with a Cast Member.

I hope this helps, Jennifer! Please let us know if you have any other questions.
