Hi, I i will be bringing my grandsons, 10, 12 and 16 to WDW for two week. They definitely want to go to the waterparks but I am taking some meds that require me to not be in direct sunlight for extended periods. Is there a place to get out of the sun?

Many of the slides and rides at the water parks are in direct sunlight. There are, however, are many shady rest areas scattered throughout the parks. There are tree-covered areas, umbrellas, and shelters where you can escape the sun. My suggestion would be for you to arrive at the water parks early so that you can scope out the best spot for your needs. The later in the day you arrive, the more likely it will be that the most shady spots are already taken. Once you have a good spot, you can use that as a base camp where you can rest and the boys can check in with you when needed.

Have a wonderful time with your grandsons at WDW!
