Hi there, Anna!
Welcome to planDisney. We're so glad you decided to stop by with a question for us today!
I'm not sure where you are in the planning process for your vacation, but I personally love checking attraction wait times and dreaming up my daily park itinerary even when I'm in my living room hundreds of miles away. It helps me feel a little closer to the magic while I'm counting down to my next trip.
You can review
park maps from home by visiting
disneyworld.eu and navigating to the park of your choice from the "Parks & Tickets" menu bar at the top of the screen. There, you'll even be able to click the "Map" icon next to Park Hours and zoom in and out to view the different areas. The website won't show the current attraction wait times but you'll be able to get acclimated with where things are located and plan how you'd like to spend your day.
You may need to wait until your arrival in the US to download the
My Disney Experience Mobile App, but it's my favorite tool to check wait times, get walking and transportation directions, and even review dining menus in the parks and resorts. Once you've downloaded the app you'll click the map icon (second from left along the bottom of the screen) and then have the option to choose Wait Times,
Characters, Dining, Entertainment, etc from the drop-down list at the top. You can even filter by park and toggle between a map and list view for each of your selections. Attraction wait times will update in real-time in either view so you'll always have an idea of your estimated standby wait for your favorite attractions.
I hope this was helpful, Anna! If we can answer any other questions, or offer more specific guidance for your upcoming visit be sure to come back and let us know. If you need help deciding where to stay be sure to check out the
planDisney Disney Resort Hotel Pocket Guides. There are so many great options to choose from!
Magic and memories,
Amy
