    Hi: When arriving at the Cruise Terminal by car, what is the process… do you drop off your luggage then park, or do you park first? Also, I’ve read about suggested onboard gratuities etc., but what about baggage handling upon arrival and departure at

    Ahoy Anthony!
    Welcome to the Moms Panel!  I love that you are thinking ahead so your land to sea transition will be smooth and seamless!  When you arrive by car, you will be able to drop off your luggage and family curbside before heading to the parking deck or lot.  The porters will be waiting there for you so they can make sure your bags are tagged with your Disney Cruise Line luggage tags (these will be sent to you in the mail about a month before your sailing) and send them on their way to your stateroom.  After you arrive back at the cruise terminal, porters will be there to assist you with your luggage all the way through U.S. Customs and to your car.  I always have cash on hand to tip these porters for making the beginning and ending of our trip a hassle-free experience.
