Hi, We will be wearing commemorative T-shirts to WDW for a family reunion in June. I’ll bring appropriate markers. Is OK to ask the characters to sign their autographs on the back of the T-shirts we’ll have on rather than use books? Thanks, Kathy K.

The characters will sign almost anything if they have the appropriate writing tools. In addition to the standard autograph books, I've seen characters sign calendars, postcards, picture frames, hats, and t-shirts. You can be as creative as you want.

However, the characters are not supposed to sign items of clothing while they are being worn. If you want a shirt signed. my suggestion would be to carry it around to the characters. You'll also want to bring a book, piece of cardboard, or other stiff, flat surface. If you put this inside the shirt, the characters will have something solid to press against. You'll also prevent the pen marks from leaking through both layers of the shirt.

    Have a great reunion trip!
