Hi,We are going to WDW in July 2009 and purchased 7 day tickets in 2008 before the prices went up. But then the 4/3 deal came out. For the future, is it better not to get tickets in advance in case special packages come out? We saved $ on room w/AAA.

Hey Dawn!  This is a tough question because honestly no one ever knows what specials will be coming out from year to year.  What I will tell you from my own personal experience is that I do wait to purchase my tickets for that very reason.  There may or may not be any deals when I'm going, but I will wait to see if by chance I can get lucky.  And if all else fails and no specials appear, then I just go to my local Disney store and purchase my hopper tickets.  Thanks for coming to the Mom's Panel and I hope you have a magical vacation.
