Hi! We are visiting Disney in June and I thought we would do a late breakfast at the Crystal Palace. I love the whole Pooh gang! I read that it's great for young children and of course the young at heart, but how would it be for a 10 and 12 year old?

    Hi Sandra,

My children are aged 10 and 12 too and I surprised them with a meal at the Crystal Palace in the Magic Kingdom on their very first trip in 2005 when they were 7 and 9. Well it was their favourite meal of the whole trip, my eldest loves Eeyore and my youngest adores Piglet, and we've had to return there every single trip since. We're visiting again in December when they'll be 11 and 13 and guess where we have to eat? Yep the Crystal Palace. So basically that's my long winded way of saying I'm sure your children will love it!

The food is delicious and plentiful and the characters are really nice, there is a little parade at various times during the meal which my girls used to join in with but they'd rather watch now, so don't worry your children don't have to join in to enjoy the Crystal Palace.

A great idea rather than booking a late breakfast is to try and book the first reservation of the day before the park opens. This allows you to walk down Main Street with hardly anyone else and gives you some great photo opportunities. Please make sure as soon as you've decided to call dining on 407-939-3463 to make your reservation.

Have a great trip and give Pooh a hug from me,

    Jo
