Hi, We are travelling to Old Key West on New Years Day. I have a question for all VAtlantic flyers....does the infant seat that you can book for an under-2 in a normal plane seat have a lap tray (the seatback one won't reach) or should I buy one?

    Hi Kerri,

What a great way to start the New Year! Old Key West has nice sized rooms for your stay. In addition, I love the way it feels like a neighborhood and not a resort while you are there.

Your best bet for finding this information out is to call VirginAtlantic yourself. They would be able to provide you with the best answer. They may have more than one type of aircraft in their fleet and they would be able to tell you about the specifics for your aircraft. You might be able to search their website for the answer as well.

While I did not fly VirginAtlantic when my children were still in car seats, I did fly other carriers and brought our car seat from home. I never remember them having trouble reaching the tray table but again each aircraft is different.

    Wishing you a magical vacation!
