Hi, We will be staying at the Saratoga Springs resort in the Fall. I see online they have zero entry swimming pools at that resort, do they have water wheelchairs available for rent also?

    Hi Rebecca!

Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! Disney’s Saratoga Springs Resort & Spa has two beautiful feature pools that both offer zero entry access for Guests. Both pools offer pool lifts to assist Guests with mobility issues to enter the water safely.  There are water accessible chairs also available for Guest use. These are complimentary to use, and you should inquire with a Recreation Cast Member at the pool area or in Community Hall for assistance. These chairs are constructed of PVC pipe, and while they do increase access to the water, their use is limited. They may only go a short way into the water. For safety concerns, the level of the water cannot go higher than the back axel of the chair. Depending on the mobility issue of the Guest, this may be helpful to assist them to enter the pool independently, or the pool lift may be a better option.

There are many options for Guests who may require additional assistance while visiting the Walt Disney World Resort. You may find this page of services for Guests with disabilities helpful.

Please let me know if there are any other questions I can help you with for your vacation. I love helping people plan their magical trips!
