    Hi, We are staying at CSR April 4th-10th. Are you able to tell me if Maya Grill or Toledo will be open by then? Maya Grill is one of our favorites and we are really hoping to try Toledo for the first time. Thanks!

    Last year, I was lucky enough to stay in the Gran Destino Tower at Disney's Coronado Springs Resort, and I can not tell you how amazing it was. I agree with you that the food and beverage offerings here are one of the absolute highlights of my stay. 

    Catherine, at the moment we do not know when either the Maya Grill or Toledo - Tapas, Steak & Seafood will be open for guests. What I can tell you is that although Toledo is not currently open, the Dahlia Lounge is open for walk-up guests. At the Dahlia Lounge, you can enjoy some signature cocktails and even a few tapas featured at Toledo, like the Garlic Shrimp Pil Pil, on a terrace overlooking EPCOT and Disney's Hollywood Studios. 

    If you have not tried the Rix Sports Bar & Grill, or the Three Bridges Bar and Grill at Villa del Lago, you absolutely must take advantage of these open locations on your trip. I promise you will not leave hungry.
