    Hi, We are staying at the BCV this November. I was wondering is there a location within the villas that you like best. What floor or room numbers would be the nicest. Have they had any recent renovations. Thanks

    Melissa,

    First off, great place to stay! So here are some thoughts;

    • The Beach Club Villas are shaped roughly like a "Y", with the pool being wedged in the top "V" of the letter. While it is a 'quiet pool' I would suggest you ask for a room that does not face the pool. Why invite the extra noise? Also, the view of the parking lot is hardly 'magical'.
    • I would request a room that had a 'woods' view to the south, or after that to the east.
    • I would ask for a room on the ground floor. This reduces your chance of seeing the Epcot fireworks from your room, but you can see those from the grounds already. I would prefer the noise reduction that a ground floor room facing the woods offers.
    I am not aware of any recent renovations, but they were very nice in a recent visit, so I don't think you will have any problems in that department.

    On a separate note, make sure you try out the new Boardwalk restaurant, Kuzzina, that opens in the Fall of 2009! Replacing Spoodles, it should offer some great choices!

    Have a magical vacation!
