    Hi: We have received four tickets and only need three. We plan to upgrade three of the tickets. Will I be able to use the 4th ticket we don't need as a credit towards the upgrades of the other 3?

    Hi Mark!

    Upgrading regular tickets to Annual Passes is a great way to really make the most of your time (and money) at the Walt Disney World Resort, especially if you plan on visiting often!  Plus, there are so many incredible Passholder Extras like exclusive access to the new Toy Story Land on select dates in September!  

    Luckily, as long as you have at least one day left on each of your three tickets, and it is within 14 days of their first uses, you can upgrade them to Annual Passes at any Guest Relations location!  Unfortunately, if these tickets are complimentary tickets, they are not eligible for upgrades.  

    Also, as long as your fourth ticket that you do not wish to upgrade has not been used, you can apply the cost of that ticket to your Annual Pass upgrades!  That being said, because tickets are nontransferable, if it has been used, your fourth ticket can't be applied to the Annual Pass upgrades for the other three.  If you have any questions or concerns, feel free to ask any Cast Member at any Guest Relations location, or give them a call at 407-939-2273.  They will be happy to help you make your pixie-dusted vacation perfectly magical!
