    Hi! We just purchased annual passes. I noticed the letter that arrived with the exchange certificate said you can pick up the passes at the TTC. Are you also able to pick them up directly outside of MK at guest relations? Thank you!

    Congratulations on joining the Annual Passholder family! There's always something new and fun going on around the Walt Disney World Resort, and I hope that you'll be able to visit many times and take advantage of as many special moments as possible! You're going to love not only being able to visit the most magical place on earth whenever you'd like, but also all of the great perks and benefits to which you'll be entitled!

    While Disney's website states that you may take your exchange certificate to any theme park ticket window or to Guest Relations at Disney Springs to activate your Annual Pass and receive your card, I checked with a Cast Member who shared that you should also be able to activate your pass at the Guest Relations location outside of Magic Kingdom Park. You'll want to make sure to bring a valid government-issued photo ID to confirm your identity. It will only take a few moments, and then you'll be off and ready to begin your amazing year, FULL of magical moments!
