Hi, Mike! I want to first congratulate you for having the wits about you to plan a vacation with three teenage daughters! I admit that getting through my 18 year old daughter's teen years has been a bigger challenge than finding world peace!
The best thing to do with teens is to allow them to plan part of the trip. Let them each choose a park and plan the day. That still leaves one theme park for Mom and Dad to plan, but it gives them each some control over the vacation, and a chance to do some of the fun things they are hoping to get out of a Walt Disney World Vacation. Also give them the opportunity to make the dining plans on their day. This doesn't mean you can't do other things at the park each girl is in charge of, but try to make sure their' top five list gets accomplished.
As for a place to stay on a budget, I would recommend the All Star Music family suites. Mom and Dad get their own bedroom, so this allows you some privacy, and at the end of the day, a much needed break. The other advantage to this accommodation with three daughters is you have two full bathrooms. This gives you plenty of shower time for each teen, as well as a chance you might actually get to use a bathroom once or twice during your vacation! You will also have a small refrigerator and a microwave, which can be a great way to stretch the food budget. We would do breakfast in the room many mornings to save time and money.
