Hi, We are planning a day at Magic Kingdom but will not be attending the Christmas party. What time do we have to exit the park? Thanks!!

Hi, Kristine! I have a secret for you - I think you have picked a really good day to visit Magic Kingdom Park! In my experience, the days that this park hosts an after-hours party, such as Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Party, the crowds and attraction wait times seem to be a bit lower than other days. Each year, we use that thought to plan our Magic Kingdom Park days. Just make sure to arrive before park opening to maximize all of the time you do have in The Most Magical Place on Earth!

Okay, let's discuss your plans for that evening. The party is slated to begin at 7:00 p.m. At that time, you will notice Cast Members throughout the park checking for wristbands given to Guests who have purchased a ticket for the evening's festivities. Guests who are not staying for the party will be directed to the exit at the front of the park at that time. This is a great evening to plan a dinner at Disney Springs or one of the area resort dining locations. If you plan to visit Disney Springs that evening, you will find complimentary Disney bus transportation right at Magic Kingdom Park.

You are welcome to make an Advance Dining Reservation at one of the Magic Kingdom Park dining locations that evening, but I recommend that you look for one no later than 6:45 p.m. No worries about being rushed; Cast Members will assist you with your exit at the conclusion of your meal.

I hope you have a very merry visit this holiday season, Kristine! Please stop by again if you have any further questions for us.
